their identity in Christ, and basic healthy eating.

a balanced "Intuitive Eating" based approach.

She bases her teaching on the Bible to help you understand your true worth as

a person made in the IMAGE OF GOD so you can live free and ditch the diet cycle

to start loving the person God made you to be!

What will I Learn in the Course?

Module 1: Walk in Your Worth

In Week one you will learn: 

  • Why it is SO important to live in your worth as a woman who is made in the image of God.

  • What the Bible says about being beautifully and wonderfully made

  • Explore 10 "Will-Powers" for improving body image

  • Identify your "Food Rules" and challenge them

  • Understand and reject the "diet-mentality"

In Week two you will learn: 

  • The mechanism in the body for hunger and fullness

  • How our "diet-mentality" can skew our innate hunger and fullness cues

  • Why it is important to nourish your body

  • What happens when you do not fuel your body well

Module 4: Emotional Eating. . . Or Emotional Food Restricting

In Week Four you will learn: 

  • Where you fall on the "Emotional Eating-Balance Spectrum"

  • How to cope with your feelings without using food

  • How to turn to God FIRST instead of food when life gets crazy

  • How to STOP obsessing over the number on the scale

In Week Five you will learn: 

  • How we can't "Love our neighbor as ourselves" if we do not truly love ourselves the way that God does.

  • How to respect your body

  • What God says about the way he uniquely made YOU

Module 6: Gentle Nutrition and Exercise

In Week six you will learn: 

  • The basic principles of healthy eating based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and MyPlate.

  • Shifting and challenging your mentality around cooking

  • How to exercise without focusing on "getting rid of calories" or "looking better"
