This is a Brand NEW course that was specifically developed to help Christian women of faith understand how to approach issues related to body image, self love,
their identity in Christ, and basic healthy eating.
She is a Registered Dietitian and a Jesus follower who loves
working with Christian Women of faith to help them learn to eat healthy while taking
a balanced "Intuitive Eating" based approach.
She bases her teaching on the Bible to help you understand your true worth as
a person made in the IMAGE OF GOD so you can live free and ditch the diet cycle
to start loving the person God made you to be!

What will I Learn in the Course?
Module 1: Walk in Your Worth
In Week one you will learn:
Why it is SO important to live in your worth as a woman who is made in the image of God.
What the Bible says about being beautifully and wonderfully made
Explore 10 "Will-Powers" for improving body image
Identify your "Food Rules" and challenge them
Understand and reject the "diet-mentality"
Module 2: Hunger and Fullness
In Week two you will learn:
The mechanism in the body for hunger and fullness
How our "diet-mentality" can skew our innate hunger and fullness cues
Why it is important to nourish your body
What happens when you do not fuel your body well
Psalm 139: 13-16
13 For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.

when I was made in the secret place,

Module 3: Macronutrients "The Power Foods"
In Week three you will learn:
What carbohydrates are and why they are important
What fats are and why they are important
What proteins are and why they are important
How to Make Peace with Food
Module 4: Emotional Eating. . . Or Emotional Food Restricting
In Week Four you will learn:
Where you fall on the "Emotional Eating-Balance Spectrum"
How to cope with your feelings without using food
How to turn to God FIRST instead of food when life gets crazy
How to STOP obsessing over the number on the scale
Module 5: Love Your Body As It is NOW
In Week Five you will learn:
How we can't "Love our neighbor as ourselves" if we do not truly love ourselves the way that God does.
How to respect your body
What God says about the way he uniquely made YOU
Module 6: Gentle Nutrition and Exercise
In Week six you will learn:
The basic principles of healthy eating based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and MyPlate.
Shifting and challenging your mentality around cooking
How to exercise without focusing on "getting rid of calories" or "looking better"
